Vandals caused $2,000 in damages to a car parked in front of a home in the 3970 block of Jim Bowie Road March 1.

Someone stole 12 wine bottles and a hand-held shopping basket from a store in the 5670 block of Kanan Road Feb. 27. The loss was about $650.
