Workshop good for environment

The Triunfo Sanitation District is looking for landscape designers, contractors and other professionals interested in displaying their products and services at a Water-Wise Landscaping Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Sat., March 21 at the Oak Park Community Center, 1000 Kanan Road, Oak Park.

The event will include a presentation by award-winning landscape designer Owen Dell. The workshop is free and open to the public. It is part of Triunfo Sanitation District's water education outreach program.

Exhibit space is limited. Vendor requests will be taken first come, first served and preference will be given to companies that specialize in drought-sensitive landscaping.
