Oak Park's Kurland chooses Western State College Oak Park High senior cross country standout Aaron Kurland has signed a National Letter of Intent with Western State College of Colorado. Western State College is perennially one of the nation's top cross country programs, and in 2008 finished second in the NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships. This past season, Kurland was named firstteam AllTriValley League and secondteam All-Ventura County. |
