Council members feeling neighborly

Agoura Hills Mayor Denis Weber will conduct the first in a series of "Meet the Neighbors" sessions from 10 a.m. to noon Sat., Feb. 14 in front of Vons Market on Kanan Road.

Councilmember Dan Kuperberg will join Weber at the market for a few hours to meet with people and share information on issues facing the city.

"This is the kind of setting that engenders discussion, and often folks just don't get to city hall to meet us or even watch our deliberations on TV," Weber said. "I hope we can dialogue with some residents and set the record straight on issues or just answer some simple questions that they've been wondering about."

Weber said he intends to conduct more neighborhood gatherings with city officials throughout the year in different locations.
