Hospital group to learn about computers

Members of H2U (Health, Happiness, You), the organization formerly known as Friends of Los Robles Hospital, can take two levels of training to learn about computers.

The computer classes, sponsored by Los Robles Hospital, will be at the medical center, 215 W. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. Classes require a Windows XP system.

Each session will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. on Fridays.

Beginner classes will be Feb. 6, 13, 20 and 27. Attendees will learn basic computer orientation and word processing.

Other classes are planned for April 17 through 24, and May 1 through 8.

The intermediate classes will be offered March 13, 20, 27 and April 3, using Microsoft Word software.

Other classes are planned for May 15, 22, 29 and June 5.

The cost for H2U members is $40. Nonmembers can join H2U by paying a $15 yearly membership fee.
