Big weekend planned at The Canyon
Tribute bands, local groups to perform
Los Angeles-based The Janks will be performing live at 9 p.m. tonight, Jan. 29 at The Canyon, 28912 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills. The Pirate Charles will play at 7 p.m. and King Washington at 8 p.m. before The Janks. Queen tribute band Queen Nation pairs up with Journey tribute band Lights for a concert from 9 p.m. to midnight tomorrow, Jan. 30 at The Canyon. Both groups have received rave reviews throughout Southern California for their noteperfect recreations of classic rock tunes from "We Are the Champions" to "Don't Stop Believing."
