Special needs kids can enjoy Miracle Sports League
      The Miracle Sports League assists special needs children ages 8 to 13 to enjoy mainstream sports such as basketball, handball, soccer and baseball, according to their specific capabilities. Time for Winter Planting
      Winter is the time to plant a rose garden, fruit trees and berries. The 2009 collection of roses and fruit trees have arrived at Sperling Nursery in Calabasas. Imagine growing apples, apricots, plums or peaches or harvesting a batch of raspberries or blueberries to share with neighbors and friends. Grow-it-yourself is the new gardening trend.

I was available to watch our 5-year-old son that Saturday evening after all.
