Package delivery had some strings attached

It looks as though somebody is following the UPS truck around and taking packages off our doorsteps.

I received an Amazon.com package and found the opened, empty box on the side of the road down the street. A few days later my neighbor received a package and within a few minutes of it being delivered somebody picked it up. I tried to file a police report but did not have description or details on theft so it was not made.

I read in The Acorn that somebody up the street from us had their identity stolen; this is because somebody is going through our mailboxes.
