The Agoura Hills Library has several upcoming events, all of which will be at the library, 29901 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. For more information, call (818) 889-2278.

•Winter storytime will be held through April 1. The theme for Jan. 20 will be Snowmen and the theme for Jan. 27 will be Snow. Storytime for children ages 3 to 5 is at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays and for children ages 1 to 2½ at 11 a.m. Wednesdays.

•A Chinese New Year celebration will be held at 4 p.m. Mon., Jan. 26. The event will include an art project and Magnificent Lion Dance Parade.

•Local author Mary T. Ficalora will discuss her book "Choosing Honor: An American Woman's Search for God, Family and Country in an Age of Corruption" at 6:30 p.m. Mon., Feb. 2. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
