Agoura Hills

A person living in the 5800 block of Carell Avenue reported being the victim of identity theft. According to the report, filed Jan. 1, someone used the victim's name and Social Security number to file a fraudulent tax form with the IRS, which now claims the resident owes back taxes.

A burglar stole $25,000 worth of jewelry from a business in the 26500 block of Agoura Road Dec. 24. The culprit also caused $1,000 in damages, shattering a window to get into the location.

Vandals caused $10,000 in damages to the drive-through monitor and speakers at the McDonald's restaurant on Canwood Street Dec. 24.

A thief stole $3,700 worth of mahogany flooring and $6,000 in work tools from the driveway of a home in the 28830 block of Laura La Plante Drive Dec. 24.

Someone stole a $1,800 navigation system from a Jeep parked in the 6300 block of Timerlane Street Dec. 22.

A thief stole $2,400 worth of golf gear from a vehicle parked in the 30100 block of Agoura Road Dec. 20.

A $250 guitar was taken from a car parked in the 28900 block of Canwood Street Dec. 20. The culprit smashed two windows, valued at $2,000, to get inside the vehicle.

Deputies found a satellite radio in a bush while searching for stolen property in the 29350 block of Trailway Lane Dec. 19.

A thief stole a $200 satellite radio receiver from a car parked in the 5520 block of Softwind Way Dec. 18.

Deputies responded to a neighbor dispute in the 30600 block of Portside Place Dec. 18.

Calabasas

Someone stole four wheels valued at $4,000 from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home in the 4520 block of Park Serena Dec. 25.

A $100 phone, a $40 Bluetooth device and $300 camera were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 226600 block of Jameson Drive Dec. 25.

A thief stole a $5,000 computer from the front desk of a business office in the 4770 block of Park Granada Dec. 19.

Someone stole a package containing a $60 jacket from the front porch of a home in the 4200 block of Lost Hills Road Dec. 17.

A burglar took $20,000 in cash, a $2,000 plasma TV and a $2,000 computer from a home in the 23000 block of Peacock Court Dec. 18.

Oak Park

Graffiti was written on property belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 6100 Doubletree Road on Dec. 23. The damage estimate was $300.

Between Sept. 15 and 30, a thief stole property from a home that was being painted in the 200 block of North Kanan Road.

Westlake Village

Vandals caused $100 in damages when they painted graffiti in the men's restroom of a public park at the 31800 block of Village Center Road Dec. 25. They also destroyed some of the park landscaping.

Vandals caused $100 in damages breaking the side view mirror of a vehicle parked in the 4500 block of Belham Court Dec. 23.
