Street named for Cantina's Bob McCord

IN MEMORY—El Canon Street in Old Town Calabasas is renamed after the late Bob McCord, longtime owner of the Sagebrush Cantina, in a ceremony Dec. 18 attended by Dennis Washburn, Calabasas City Council member; Carol Washburn, president and CEO of the Calabasas Chamber; Don Genaro, Sagebrush Cantina; Dennis Zine, Los Angeles City Council member; Ray Phillips, president emeritus of the Leonis Adobe Museum; Ruth Abel, treasurer of the Leonis Adobe Museum, and Arlene Bernholtz, board member of the Calabasas Historical Society.
