William and Ann Zucker recently took over as new owners of the Sylvan Learning Center in Westlake Village. Sylvan is a provider of live and online tutoring for students of all ages, grades and skill levels. Individual instruction is given in reading, writing, mathematics, study skills and testprep for college entrance and exit exams.
