Beau Mann and his business partner Irma Haldane, a real estate broker whose association with Mann goes back 15 years, have started a new business, Residential Property Management Inc.

The company manages single family homes including townhomes and condominiums. Mann and Haldane cover the Conejo and San Fernando valleys, Camarillo, Moorpark and Simi Valley.

Mann moved to the Conejo Valley in 1964 with his wife Beryl and obtained his real estate license in 1971. He started his first company, Hometown Property Management, in 1979, which handled homeowner associations as well as single family residences. He sold the company in 1993.

Mann retained his real estate license and worked managing his own rental properties and several rental properties for friends. Over the years Mann received calls from clients whose properties he had previously managed asking him if he would return to the field.
