The Neals

The Neals are a trio of Realtors with Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks office. They are also a tight-knit family.

Spearheaded by veteran agent Kathi Neal, the Neals represent two generations of real estate professionals. Also on the team are Rob Neal, Kathi's son, and his wife, Jennifer Neal. All three are longterm residents of the Conejo Valley.

Kathi Neal earned her real estate license in 1988 and began building a business. Rob and Jen met at Westlake High School, where they graduated in 1991. Although the two initially pursued other careers, they eventually joined forces with Kathy and have helped build the business into one of the top entities at Prudential California Realty.

The Neals have achieved numerous awards and accolades, specifically Prudential's Chairman's Circle at the Gold and Platinum levels. With more than five years in the Chairman's Circle, Kathi Neal became a Prudential Legend in 2004. The three are among the top producers in any given year, and on their way to 10-year Legend status. They also gained Quality Service Certified platinum status in 2007, with a perfect score for customer satisfaction.

They frequently take monthly awards for the Thousand Oaks office as well, as Top Listing and Selling agents and Top Producers.

They assist buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of all types of residential property. The team is enhanced by combining their respective areas of expertise. Kathi has insight into the needs of corporate transferees and their families. Rob's BA degree in marketing is invaluable when presenting a seller's property. Jen grew up in a real estate family, with parents and grandparents who are developers, and has a lifetime of familiarity with real estate.
