Catch ballet's 'Peter Pan' before it flies away
T.O. High School junior has title role

Pacific Festival Ballet presents its spring performance of "Peter Pan" on Fri., May 9 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Fred Kavli Theatre, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.

A children's fulllength matinee will begin at 4 p.m. The 7:30 p.m. performance will also include a tribute to Scott Joplin, classical ballet variations, and the Olympics.

Mariah Murphy, a junior at Thousand Oaks High School, stars in the title role along with a cast of 135 members of California Dance Theatre, the official training school of Pacific Festival Ballet.

Guest artists include Mark Reyes as Mr. Smee, and Gary Franco as Captain Hook.
