Wellness Community offers aid for post-cancer

The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura is offering Return to Wellness, a free program for women who have completed breast cancer treatment, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursdays, beginning tonight, May 8, through June 26 at The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura, 19725 Sherman Way, Ste. 270, Winnetka.

The eight-week program helps with recovery from the emotional and physical effects of breast cancer treatment and allows women to take an active approach to improving their health.

Enrollment is limited to women who have completed treatment for breast cancer within the past two years.
