Terry Holland

The award for Top Listing Agent and for Top Producer from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for January 2008 went to Terry Holland.

This is the second month in a row he has taken this double award. He also earned Top Listing Agent seven times in 2007.

Holland has been a licensed realtor for 24 years and broker for 12 years. He has over 1,000 closed escrows. Holland is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by less that 4 percent of all agents nationwide.

He is also well versed in residential investment buying and selling, foreclosures, trustee sales, estate properties, gated communities and resolution of difficult real estate issues.
