Help for those who want to quit smoking
NP Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center will hold a "Freedom from Smoking" class at 6:30 p.m. for eight consecutive Tuesdays beginning May 6 at the east campus of the center, 150 Via Merida, Westlake Village.

Cost is $50 payable at the first session.

The program will help attendees identify the psychological effects of smoking or chewing tobacco and apply tips and techniques to quit. To register, call (805) 370-4515.
