Cantors sing concert of celebration Temple Beth Haverim will sponsor a "Happy 60th Israel" concert, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the state of Israel, at 7 p.m. Sun., May 4 at the Scherr Forum of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. The concert will feature Cantor Kenny Ellis of Temple Beth Haverim in Agoura Hills, Cantor Mike Stein of Temple Aliyah in Woodland Hills and Cantor Doug Cotler of Congregation Or Ami in Calabasas.
