Local Tire Pros celebrates 55th year

Hank's Tire Pros in Woodland Hills is celebrating its 55th year of selling tires, wheels and automotive services to West Valley customers.

Still locally owned and operated, Hank's opened in 1953 at 19951 Ventura Blvd.

"No one's going to pass youo fftoaheadoffice somewhere,"saidow ner Steve Goldberg. "The buck stops right here with me."

Each year, Goldberg's employees participate in numerous educational and training programs.

"They're some of the most knowledgeable tire and automotive professionals in the industry," Goldberg said.

The store is also known for the role it plays in community affairs.

"We actively support Southern California ice hockey, local high school basketball and baseball teams, local church/temple and boy scouts," Goldberg said.
