Photoglo will play at Bodie House

Concerts at the Bodie House in Agoura Hills presents singer/ songwriter Jim Photoglo in concert at 8 p.m. Sat., April 26.

Photoglo's solo career took off with the hit singles "We Were Meant To Be Lovers" in 1980 and "Fool in Love With You" in 1981.

He has opened for the Beach Boys on a national tour, sang back-up for Andy Gibb, and has played bass on tour for such artists as Vince Gill and Dan Fogelberg.

Photoglo's songs have been recorded by a variety of artists, including Dusty Springfield, Leroy Parnell, Patty Loveless, Highway 101, The Oak Ridge Boys, Pam Tillis, Tanya Tucker, Travis Tritt, Neil McCoy, John Anderson and Kathy Mattea.

He has also been part of the bands Run C&W and the Vinyl Kings.

Photoglo is promoting two recent solo CD releases, "Fly Straight Home" and "Sparks In The Radio."

Admission is a $15 donation, with all proceeds go to the musician. A complimentary dessert/ appetizer bar is also provided.
