Agoura Hills

A thief stole $3,500 worth of goods, including golf clubs and a navigation system, from a vehicle parked in the 30200 block of Agoura Road April 6.

A vandal shattered the glass door of an office in the 5300 block of Reyes Adobe Road April 6. The loss was $500.

Someone caused $1,200 in damages to a vehicle parked in the 5200 block of Colodny Drive April 4.

A vandal caused $340 in damages to a vehicle parked in the 29600 block of Strawberry Hill Drive April 1.

A thief stole a checkbook and a container of medication from a bathroom at a senior living home in the 5200 block of Chesebro Road March 28.

Lottery scammers stole $5,000 from a resident in the 28400 block of Tulare Lane March 7. A female victim received several phone calls requesting that she pay a $5,000 money order to collect the lottery winnings that were said to be owed to her. The woman told authorities she complied with the request but never received the two $125,000 checks that were promised to her.

A person in the 26900 block of Agoura Road was the victim of identification theft. The culprit apparently used the person's social security numer to obtain employment. The incident was reported March 5.

Calabasas

A thief stole four real estate signs worth $140 from the front of a home in the 22700 block of Town Crier Road April 6.

A thief stole a 2004 Ford Expedition valued at $22,000 from the driveway of a home in the 26900 block of Alsace Drive. The vehicle was recovered. Someone also stole a $50 access gate transmitter and a $100 pocket knife from two other unlocked vehicles parked in the same block that day.

Someone stole a navigation system, several sleeping bags, two Bibles and a travel crib, altogether valued at $695, from a vehicle parked in the 3800 block of North Orchard Lane April 5.

Someone stole a $150 satellite radio from a vehicle parked in the 26800 block of Province Drive April 5.

A thief stole a $400 bicycle from the front of a home in the 3500 block of Gladiola Drive March 17.

Westlake Village

Identity thieves stole two outgoing letters containing checks from a mailbox in the 53711 block of Pacific Court April 4. (Possibly related to story on page 1.)

Someone stole 12 boxes of diabetic test strips valued at $1,200 from a store in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road April 2.

On March 25, a scam artist fraudulently used credit card information belonging to a resident in the 31400 block of Glenbridge Drive. According to the victims, the culprit obtained the credit card number from stolen outgoing mail. (Possibly related to story on page 1.)
