Jonathan Edwards in May house concert

Concerts at the Bodie House will present Jonathan Edwards at 8 p.m. Fri., May 16.

Edwards is a folk and rock musician who sang the 1971 hit "Sunshine." He has recorded 15 albums, performed throughout North America and in Holland, and collaborated with amany artists including Emmylou Harris, Jimmy Buffett, Maura O'Connell, Christine Lavin and Cheryl Wheeler.

Edwards also narrated and performed in the Media Artists series "Cruising America's Waterways." Media Artists also released a documentary on his career, "That's What Our Life Is."

Cost is $25. All proceeds go to the musicians. A dessert and appetizer bar will be available.
