Securitas renews 10-year Westlake lease

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis recently signed a 10year lease renewal in Westlake Village.

The tenant, Securitas Security Service, renewed their lease of 72,600 square feet at 4330 to 4360 Park Terrace Drive in Westlake Village.

The renewal represents the largest lease signed in the Conejo Valley so far this year.

Securitas is a locally focused security company, with more than 450 local branch managers and 100,000 security officers who provide security solutions to meet the needs of thousands of businesses.

Securitas has more than 30 branch offices in California.

The building leased by Securitas is part of the 13building Westlake Spectrum campus. Westlake Spectrum is home to companies such as KSwiss, Standard Pacific Homes, Avery Dinnison and Call Source, and the city of Westlake Village.

The CB Richard Ellis office brokerage team, comprising Tom Dwyer, Michael Slater and Jennifer Rice, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations, and Securitas was represented by Studley.
