Dilbeck Realtors GMAC's management team, sales partners and staff recently gathered at the Odyssey Restaurant in Granada Hills to celebrate their accomplishments of 2007.

President, Mark Dilbeck opened the event with uplifting remarks about the past year and the year to come. "We are proud not only of those who improved their business in 2007, but all of those who remained positive throughout the year and continued to plant the seeds for tomorrow's successes."

The announcements started with the names of the many winners.

The highlight was when the First Place Westlake Village Office Associate of the Year, was announced. Stacy Richardson was named to this position, which she has held for the past 18 years.

Once again Stacy will take her place on the 2008 President's Council. The President's Council is composed of the top two percent of sales partners in the company plus the top award winner in any office who is not represented in the 2%. The council meets with the management team periodically to help develop new ways to succeed in today's real estate market.

Sally Varga
Steve Kaseno, also a sales partner in Dilbeck's Westlake Village office will join Stacy on this year's President's Council.

More award winners for Dilbeck's Westlake Village office included: Second Place Westlake Village Office Associate of the Year, Sally Varga; Third Place went to Veronica Ellias.

Having spent the past 20 years at Dilbeck Realtors GMAC, Diane Kane and Judy Quarles, receive their 20-year pins.

GMAC Premier Service Awards included Diamond Award winners, Veronica Ellias and Stephen Kaseno.
