Growing garlic

IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers SPRING GARDENING- Richard Rankin of Oak Park has a look at the elephant garlic sprouts planted among standard garlic plants as he waters his parcel in the Oak Park Community Garden last Saturday afternoon. Rankin and his wife Vicky rent two parcels in the garden and plant a wide variety of flowers and produce. The garden is on Kanan Road.
