What's that eye in the sky?

JANN HENDRY/Acorn Newspapers TRAFFIC CHECK- A new camera stands perched on a light pole at the intersection of Kanan Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Agoura Hills, but the device isn't there for law enforcement. It's part of a Kanan Road signal synchronization project by the city of Agoura Hills. The camera signal is fed to city hall to help officials better coordinate the flow of traffic.
