Terry Holland

The award for Top Listing Agent and for Top Producer from Prudential California Realty's North Ranch/Westlake Village office for January 2008 went to Terry Holland. As a testament to his success in 2007, Holland was recognized at the company's annual awards banquet with some of Prudential's top honors at the national level, including the President's Circle award for his outstanding production, particularly his monthly success with listings. Each year, Prudential California announces the top twenty agents within the company who comprise the elite Gibraltar Circle and Holland is among them. In the past, he has also taken highly coveted accolades, such as Prudential's 10-year Legend, bestowed upon those who have achieved the Chairman's Circle award for 10 years.
