Veteran agent Kristi Sindt gained EPro Certification from the California Association of Realtors with a 6-month passing grade of 90%.

The rules of business are changing, especially in the real estate industry. In our current market of short pays and foreclosures, this market needs educated agents. The ePRO Certification Program is specifically designed to meet the needs and expectations of the connected consumer.

The program establishes online competence, and introduces its graduates to the best aspect of the Internet: people connecting with people. This is why Sindt chose to pursue e-PRO status. "I feel that communication with people from all aspects of life is truly a gift from what you have learned along the way. Knowledge is power," she said.

"A good agent in the real estate business is aggressive so that the client does not miss out on any opportunities. I take pride in listening and carrying out my clients' wants and needs. I constantly work on my education, to make myself the best I can be in my industry," continued Sindt.

With a productive 9 years invested in building a strong business, Sindt's clientele is based primarily on referrals. In her first year as an agent, she earned an award for "Rookie of the Year," then went on to achieve several awards for listings and sales at the local and national levels.

Mary Culp
Sindt has had a lifelong love for horses. To that end, she enjoys giving back to the equestrian community and donates her time to coach and train children.

Sindt's message is, "I love what I do, I am excited about working with you, and I am confident I will do a great job representing your needs." She can be reached at (310) 948-1462
