Pat Helton, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Regional Office, is the school team sponsor for Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks. She has renewed her sponsorship for Colina by donating a school-to-parent outreach communication system valued at $10,000. This technology system allows the principal, Mr. Waters, to contact all the parents of Colina with important messages in a matter of seconds.

In addition to the communication technology, Helton provides further support for Colina through a fund-raising opportunity. She will donate $1,000 for any real estate transaction with, or referred by a Colina Middle School family.

Helton is a former teacher and holds a Master of Science degree. She has been a leader in real estate sales in the Conejo Valley since 1985. She is a licensed broker, a certified relocation and corporate property specialist. Helton is also a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyers Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Negotiator. She also is knowledgeable about Conejo Valley schools, sports teams, cultural events, and community services.
