Celebrating liberty, responsibility

GRATITUDE- Americanism Educational League gala chair Stephen Holzer of Calabasas, right, surprises event producer Lois Curran-Klein of Westlake Village with a token of appreciation for her efforts. The league recently held its 80th anniversary gala in the Grand Ballroom of the Warner Center Mariott in Woodland Hills. The nonprofit organization provides schools with educational materials about the liberties and responsibilities of individuals as Americans.
