Recreation Center is hiring

The city of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services is hiring for a pair of positions at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center, 30610 Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Applications are being accepted for the day camp director position. The director will develop, organize, direct and conduct a 10week summer day camp program for children ages 6 to 10. Applicants must have previous experience in a day camp setting and organizing recreation programs.

Recreation leaders for the spring and summer are also being hired. Responsibilities will include teaching recreational classes, monitoring department sites, working community special events, assisting with adult sports leagues and office coverage.

Applicants should have group recreational activity leadership experience, a basic knowledge of rules and regulations governing competitive group athletic games and sporting events
