Makes Eagle

SOARING- Kurtis Freedland, 15, of Hidden Hills Boy Scout Troop No. 642, has reached the rank of Eagle Scout. Freedland logged more than 300 comunity service hours in replacing fire damaged and destroyed trail signs and markers on the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve.
