Scouts honor the flag

YOUNG CITIZENS- From left, Ricky Olson and Alex Ross, both 11, participate in the opening flag ceremony at White Oak Elementary School. The Westlake Village boys are members of Cub Scout Pack 3785. The scouts of the pack have been distributing paper bags throughout the community as part of a collection drive for local food banks.
