Down with voting machines

I want to thank Secretary of State Debra Bowen for decertifying voting machines that might be faulty.

Touchscreen machines are vulnerable to tampering. That's what computersecurity experts concluded in the "toptobottom" review she convened. I'm glad they won't be used to count my vote.
