Vantage at Westlake opens

GRAND OPENING- The Vantage office condominium project has just been completed. There are still four units available.

The Vantage at Westlake, an $18-million office condominium project in the Westlake Village portion of Thousand Oaks, opened recently with more than 80 percent of its space sold, Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services announced.

A development of TR Funding of Westlake Village, The Vantage at Westlake is a twostory structure comprising 34,000 square feet of class-A office space.

The building occupies a twoacre site at 2629 Townsgate Road, one block west of Westlake Boulevard and just south of the 101 Freeway.

Leasing agent Tony Principe, said 19 of the 23 individual units have been sold to a variety of professional service firms.

The two-story contemporary structure with glass, stone and masonry features and decorative metal canopies was designed by Thousand Oaks architect Neil Scribner.
