Native American art on exhibit

The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area will present a contemporary Native American art exhibit from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekend through Mon., March 3 at the Satwiwa Native American Indian Culture Center at Lynn Road and Via Goleta in Newbury Park.

The exhibit features a collection of Valena Broussand Dismukes photography featuring people of mixed African and American Indian heritage.
