Agent Congratulated

Broker/owner Bob Majorino, the management and staff of Prudential California Realty extend their congratulations to agent Carolyn Herrera of the Oxnard/Channel Islands office. On Dec. 7 she was installed as a member of the board of directors for the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors.

Herrera is a native of Oxnard and has been a realtor in Ventura County since 1998. As a local resident for more than 40 years she is familiar with everything her clients need to know about Oxnard and its surrounding areas.

Herrera holds the Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

Herrera has two schoolaged children with her husband of 17 years, and is active in committees at her children's schools. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme.
