"One of the many things that separates Dilbeck Realtors GMAC Real Estate from other Real Estate companies, is its cutting edge training Program," said Richard Seccombe, manager of Dilbeck's IT department. "We pride ourselves on a technology driven training program. Dilbeck agents have training available on a continuous basis … whether they are new to the industry or are seasoned veterans, we have a class for them."

With that being said, "It is with a great deal of enthusiasm that we welcome Stacey Turcott to the Dilbeck family. Stacey is a member of both worlds; the world of a real estate professional, the world of technology and the world of teaching. It isn't often that one finds someone with the background and experience in all of these areas."

Turcott brings a wealth of experience to the position of trainer; she has been an award winning real estate agent for the past 10 years. Her experience in real estate includes writing and understanding contracts, understanding escrow procedures and being able to explain them, managing properties, and meeting deadlines that are tied into all real estate transactions.

On the other side of the coin, the training side, Turcott has years of experience. She has taught new agent training and orientation, the art of writing and understanding contracts, and making sure agents are aware of all changes on real estate forms and online software.

She has also taught classes highlighting the various multiple listing systems, agent farming, marketing and prospecting using different databases as well as GMAC's Premier Service classes.

"Stacey, is truly a rare find," said Kim Villalobos, manager of Dilbeck's Glendale office. "She brings to the table a great deal of information as well as a passion for teaching." Dilbeck's management team is happy to have her aboard.
