How to fit into those skinny jeans Monika Klein, local clinical nutritionist and lifestyle coach, is launching Coaching For Health's Skinny Jeans Jumpstart Program through the end of January. This program is a deprivationfree approach to eating that will get dieters back into their skinny jeans. There are various reasons that dieters fail at one-size-fits-all diet plans, according to Klein. They're left to fend on their own; they have menu plans they can't possibly follow; they're hungry all the time; or there's no focus on long-term weight management and self-care. The Skinny Jeans Jumpstart Program teaches people how to eat the right combination of foods for their body so that they lose excess weight and feel more in control of their eating, their health and their wellbeing. In this program people can lose five to eight pounds in the first week and up to three pounds each week after. Klein helps to nurture dieting clients and to keep them accountable. Klein has been a nutritionist for more than 16 years in Southern California and has practiced in Woodland Hills for two years. She developed her company with lifestyle coaching at the core of her nutritional counseling. Coaching for Health is on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills.
