Keep those 'undesirables' out of town Can someone please explain to me why Agoura needs to "redevelop" anything? Why can't we leave our lovely bedroom community lovely? What possible benefit can Agoura derive from luring a bunch of folks to the community who earn less that $37,000 per year? We moved our family here to avoid gangs, crime and overcrowding, all of which are statistically linked to "affordable housing." Why encourage all of these undesirable elements with "redevelopment?" Why should the citizens of Agoura have to use their tax dollars to bring these undesirable elements to our community? To line the pockets of a few developers? Wake up citizens, speak out and stop this insanity. Lisa Macha Agoura Hills |
