Sheriff's Blotter Agoura Hills Deputies responded to a domestic dispute incident in the 30700 block of Mulholland Highway Dec. 11. A thief stole $40 worth of energy drinks from a gas station in the 4900 block of Reyes Adobe Dec. 8. Someone stole $14,700 worth of music instruments and art from a home in the 5300 block of Captains Place Dec. 1. Items stolen included a brass tuba, Fender and Martin guitars, golf clubs and a 12inch Bulldogs statue. A thief stole a $100 purse containing a $100 wallet with $350 in cash and bank cards, a passport and an iPod, from a club house in Malibu Lake Nov. 30. Vandals caused $100 in damages to the Morrison Park storage room in the 29900 block of Forest Cove Lane Nov. 28. Calabasas Vandals caused $350 in damages smashing the windshield of a vehicle parked in the 2200 block of Drums Court Dec. 16. A thief stole a $2,700 laptop computer and a $250 portable music player from a home in the 4200 block of Lost Hills Road Dec. 12. A person in the 26500 block of Agoura Road reported losing a wallet containing a driver's license, Social Security card and several bank cards. The incident occurred while the person was shopping at the Albertsons supermarket on Dec. 11. Someone stole a $80 DVD player from a vehicle parked in the 5900 block of Las Virgenes Road Nov. 30. Authorities responded to a possible incident of elder abuse at the Silverado Senior Living Facility in the 25100 block of Calabasas Road Nov. 18. Police said in a report that they were unable to determine why a residentatth efacilityhad injuries, which were allegedly caused by a fall. Someone stole a $1,000 flat screen television and a $100 comforter from a room at the Hilton Gardens Inn in the 24100 block of Park Sorrento Nov. 13. Hidden Hills A burglar stole two bracelets valued at $8,500, a $1,800 necklace and a pendant worth $700 from a home in the 5300 block of Round Meadow Road on Nov. 16. There were no signs of forced entry. Oak Park A male, 24, was arrested for trying to sell cleaning solutions door-to-door without a permit at 6:20 p.m. Dec. 13 at the intersection of Kanan Road and Deerhill Road. A male, 22, was under the influence of a controlled substance around 6:20 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 700 block of Oak Branch Drive. He was arrested later that evening in the 200 block of West Janss Road in Thousand Oaks. Westlake Village A thief stole a $500 Palm Pilot, $800 Satellite radio, $1,000 GPS unit and tools worth about $1,100 from a car parked in the 5800 block of Cardoza Drive Nov. 26. Vandals caused $4,000 in damages to a vehicle parked on Agoura Road Nov. 15. The culprits stole a $500 laptop computer, a luggage case containing clothing valued at $500 and a $300 camcorder during the incident. |
