Westlake Villagebased public relations firm DB&R announced it has signed contracts with two new clients, Mesa West Capital and Partner Engineering and Science. Founded in 1990, DB&R is a full-service public relations and marketing consulting firm specializing in the representation of businesses in the commercial real estate and financial services industries. Mesa West is a privately held, institutional commercial real estate lender based in Los Angeles. El Segundo-based Partner Engineering and Science is an environmental consulting firm with regional offices in Dallas, Chicago and New York. Wine Cask grand opening The Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce will host the grand opening reception for the Wine Cask in Calabasas from 5-8 p.m.on Jan.15.
