The city of Calabasas is joining more than a dozen Los Angeles County cities in making Thurs., Dec. 18 "A Day Without a Bag." The environmental campaign was established last year by the Heal the Bay group to encourage businesses and individuals to do without single-use, plastic shopping bags for at least one day. More ...
