Westlake High hosts fashion show
Soccer Boosters present biggest fundraiser of year
The Westlake High School Soccer Boosters will host one of their biggest fundraising events of the year, the 2008 Holiday Fashion Show and Auction Fundraiser, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Mon., Dec. 8 at The First Neighborhood Community Center, 31830 Village Center Road, Westlake Village. The event is in conjunction with New LA Models and Guy Matthew Salon. Members of the boys' and girls' soccer teams will model fashions from retailers such as Friar Tux Shop, J. Girl, Shelia Fajil, Tarra's Angels, Leonora Designs, Guess, Planet Funk, Linda G. Collections, BK Sports and Illene's Boutique. A live auction will feature such items as tickets for Jimmy Kimmel and Jay Leno shows and a Lakers game, two photo sessions with New LA Models, and a Ventura beach house. Event tickets are $10.
