      Agoura Hills A vandal caused $900 in damages to a vehicle parked in the 5800 block of Capehorn Drive Nov. 9. A man reported that he had been shot in the leg with a BB gun in the 5900 block of Carell Avenue Nov. 8. The victim was jogging on the sidewalk when he noticed a white Mercedes with tinted windows traveling in the same direction.

LaGrotta accepts manslaughter in death of woman jogger

      Nicholas LaGrotta has pled guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter and DUI in the death of a woman jogger who was killed while running along Thousand Oaks' Lindero Canyon Road in August. The 23-year-old Santa Rosa Valley man reversed a not guilty plea he made during his September arraignment. Sentencing will take place at 3 p.m. on Jan. 30.
