Mr. Omelette, the full-service dairy and vegetarian caterer, has been in business for more than 25 years in Maryland and has recently opened a local office.

The business caters events from casual parties including birthdays and bridal showers to elegant affairs such as weddings and bar mitzvah receptions. Mr. Omelette is equipped to handle events with 30 to more than 3,000 guests.

Menu items include omelettes, waffles, crepes, pancakes, pasta with fresh ingredients, a full fresh fruit smoothie bar and an espressocappuccino bar.
