Elyssa Parton, owner of Pacific Rim Home, recently hosted an open house for author and designer Barbara Bacigalupi, who shared her inspiration and path for achieving happiness, tranquility and prosperity.

After losing her home in an Oakland fire, Bacigalupi changed careers from a nationally recognized business consultant to an artist creating UMANObeads jewelry for the home to inspire the spirit.
