First-place drama students take a bow

BRAVO—Calabasas High School thespians celebrate after winning several awards at the Drama Teachers Association of Southern California Fall Theater Festival, hosted at Calabasas High on Oct. 25. The school's drama department won first place in the sweepstakes category and the highest total marks of any of the 67 attending schools. Every group from the school placed in the semi-finals and eight out of 10 groups were finalists. Agoura High School won first place in the two-to-four person Serious category.
