Local artist to perform at The Canyon

Agoura students start 'Rumors'
      GOSSIP CHAIN— The cast of Agoura High School's production of Neil Simon's comedy "Rumors" hams it up at a recent rehearsal. The play will run Nov. 12 through 15 in the school's G building. Los Robles Master Chorale names new artistic director
      Lesley Leighton was named artistic director of the Los Robles Master Chorale during a reception hosted by the chorale's board of directors recently in Thousand Oaks. Leighton's goals include building new partnerships within the community, while continuing the longstanding mission of the group to give back to the community that has long supported it.

Bachelor gets a second chance in 'Goodbye Charlie'
      WHAT WOMEN WANT— Melissa Raggenkamp, left, plays Rusty and Linda Shaver portrays Charlie in the Conejo Players's production of "Goodbye Charlie." The play is about a womanizer who is reincarnated as a beautiful woman. The show opens Fri., Nov. 14 at the Conejo Players Theater, 351 S. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks and runs through Dec. 13.

Art workshop
      Thousand Oaks Community Gallery will host "Shape and Color, Psychology and Symbolism" from 7 to 9 p.m. Mon., Nov. 17 at the gallery, 2331-A Borchard Road, Newbury Park. The program is presented by Bobbie Moline-Kramer, a former illustration teacher at Cal State Long Beach and past president of the Society of Illustrators in Los Angeles.
